Summary: Never seen a maid. Had to beg for fresh towels daily. Tub was so dirty your feet stuck to floor. My last time at this location.

Summary: The staff was great. The room a little dated, but over all fine. The area getting to the hotel had some major potholes all the way up to the hotel. I know that's probably not under thier control,but it was rough. My problem is more with Expedia than the hotel itself. Manager notified when i arrived that the pool was permanently closed. Choose this hotel partly based on having a pool. Manager said Expedia was made aware of this and still hasn't changed it. Family was a little bummed as this was my daughter's birthday weekend and that was one thing she had looked forward to. Nothing against the hotel and staff just Expedia.
